  • Original passport with 08 months validity, attach the previous passport if any.
  • One Passport size picture PDF File.
  • Original valid CNIC PDF File
  • Original Corona card front and back side PDF file
  • If any case Receives message SEND TO EMBASSY then all original documents send to the office for submission and payable extra charges
